They provide assistance and support to patients and their families in a wide variety of ways to make life a little easier. The support from volunteers also helps alleviate the burden of the nurses and other healthcare staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A few of the ways in which volunteers support patients and\/or their families include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chat and keep them company<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Read to them<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Listen to music with them<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We appreciate and value the diverse backgrounds and talents that our volunteers bring to our team.
